It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-21 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How to measure:

1. Cut a string that is about 6 inches long.
2. Fold the string around the base of the finger, just below the knuckle.
3. Mark where the string ends with the pen.
4. Place the measured string on the ruler with the area marked on your right.
5. The number closest to the pen mark is the circumference of the ring in millimeters.
6. Use the ring size chart to translate the measurements into a ring size.

All jewelry is 925 Sterling Silver or 22 karat gold plated. 925 silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals, usually copper, to increase its hardness and strength and reduce tarnishing.
All gemstones are natural with its own structure, color and shape.

Each piece is handmade and is therefore the only one of its kind.
Every chain ring and every part of any piece of ioola jewelry is hand-shaped and laboriously carved.

Production begins with melting and casting of Italian silver, rolling of silver bars and threads to the required thickness, from which the desired semi-finished product is shaped and cut.
So we have 100% control over purity and the highest quality of our silver from the very beginning of the production.

Use a special cloth to clean silver or gold and wipe gently. If you need more thorough cleaning, you can use chemical cleaners that are sold in the form of bath or foam. Not every cleaner is suitable for jewelry with gemstones.

We recommend taking your gold plated jewelry off before you get in the shower, as it can damage the plating. This protects all your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, lotions, and hair and cleaning products.
